Promised discount not given,booked a studio apartment at 'Ansal sushant serene residency'

I booked a studio apartment at 'Ansal sushant serene residency,eta 2,greater noida through 'allcheckdeals,C--130(2nd floor),sector-2,noida in september 2013.They promised me a discount of 3% on total cost of property .I've paid 95% amount to builder.Still 'allcheckdeals' is not honoring their commitment.Please help me recover my discount amount.
