I have booked a flat in Puspanjali Season, Dayalbagh Agra under the project of Pushpanjali Construction Flat no 706, Block A, Type 1 (Mansoon) on 7th Floor having super area of 1250sqft at Rs2812500 and other charges extra and signed an agreement on 02/06/2014.I had applied Home Loan from HDFC as project is approved by HDFC LTD for 15 year and approved ammount of Rs. Rs2400000 against loan no 611988273 CLP. I have paid Rs.200000 aprox. till date. This project is hold by NGT from Jun2015 due to non clearence of NGT which was not told us during the time of agreement and sell by builder. I am regularly in touch with the Pushpanjali employee and calling him for status from last one and half years and they are not providing any clear picture even they dont call me. Every time they are giving false commitment and sharing the next date of hearing. Now I am Mentaly harresed by Pushpanjali Construction. I am paying EMI to HDFC Ltd without knowing by when this project will clear. Kindly Help me out regarding this matter.
