Money against credit note

India homes is a service provider for buying homes.I bought a house in gaousons through India homes in November 2014.For that they have issued me a credit note of 1% and said that it will be en cashed with in 3 to 6 months.
I am following them from last six months but every month they give a new date to know the status and always give the same reply that builder had not released the 100% brokerage.

Also I come to know that they have forwarded my booking to Netambit(Service provider company),as India homes is not the channel partner of Gaursons.So a chain is maid from Gaursons to netambit to India homes for brokerage amount.Netambit has also released the money to India homes.

I also contacted the builder Gaur sons for this and they send me a mail that for your flat 100% brokerage has been released in October 2015 to netambit.

So according to term and conditions of credit note,specially point no 3,I must get my money against the credit note.
