Cheating and Fraud Company, Landscape, Infratech, Sealink, Lands, Platinum, MIPL, Safferon Property

I have been loan from Bank and invested in infratech (Prime Plots & Land Experts at Borivali (E) Western Edge Building), on July 2023 and property site MALJI PADA – NAIGAON and made payment of Rs. 300,000 (Three Lac) for booking. The time of booking they confirmed the agreement will be done post Ganpati Festival (September 2023) So far (Year End 2023) I am continuously following up for Agreement and Registration but they did not answered and bothered to pick my call. Specially Mr. Vinod Rathod, Mr. Avinash Narkarm and Mr. Manish Zore they are not responding my calls and also ignore me.
I strongly believe they are cheated to innocent people by giving false commitment for own land / dream house etc. They also change their Office address from Borivali address to Andheri.
They cheated to many people with several difference name few are..

Request you to take serious action on this company and ask them to return the deposit amount also ensure no other deal done by this company.
