We have booked flat in Puranik Ghodbandar road thane,sales team asked to collect 5% of the property amount and 95% will be loan we have given toaken amount of 51000/- for booking but the procedure of getting loan sanction letter took 2-3 months same we have informed to sales team and CRM team sales team and CRM team knows that this will delay but still they dont informed about the refund procesure now when we canceled booking due to nit getting 95% loan amount we asked them for refund but they are refusing to give booking amount back
