Respected Consumer forum, With great hope and expectation I wish to bring your kind attention to the injustice and harassment being faced by me and thousands of other buyers by Amrapali of Dream Valley in greater noida west .

Sir I had booked a flat in Amrapali Dream Valley in 2012 with the possession commitment in 3 years, but even half structure is not completed yet. I have paid around 60% of flat cost (Around Rs 22 Lakh).

Combined burden of EMI and rent has become unbearable for me. Amrapali gives false promises and extends the possession date after every six months. There is no construction activity taking place at site. Site staff has told that builder has no money to pay to the contractor and even the salaries.

I suspect that Mr. Anil Sharma, M.D. of Amrapali also might flee the country just like Vijay Malya in near future.
Consumer forum is my last hope . I am facing severe depression due to all this as I have invested my life savings here with a hope to get my dream home.

Please help in refunding back my money or provide me the Flat.
