Dear Sir,
1. I am regd no 138267, BP Panda,
1. this is regarding my booking of 2 BHK, no 7,floor 01, tower E2/107 super area 882 sq ft, basic cost Rs 2156/- sq ft of total cost Rs 1901592 of BASERA ENCLAVE, SEC-K Susant Golf City.
2. the unit was booked on 11 Apr 12 by paying Rs 1 lakh towards booking cost. after that total amount 6 lakh has already paid till 22 Oct 2012 towards 30% cost of the unit. the balance amount is suppose to pay on installment basis till the completion of apartment . however till now about 05 yrs have been completed
3.I contacted Mr Avishek, contact no 9634759511 and land line no- 0522-4096267. who is the project manager of above enclave, said that the above Sector is not going to start in near future.

4. I want my money back immediately with compound interest.
