No refund on cancellation of booked flat in KDA Signature Greens from last 4 months

Dear sir

I have booked a flat 702 F wing in kda signature greens new project launched by KDA on 05.10.2016.

I was overwhelmed with joy by feeling of owning a house but Due to financial crunch i was unable to go ahead with my plan and gave my cancellation letter on 13.01.2017. (Copy of receiving letter attached).

Already 4 months are passed but no response from KDA side. As this money is borrowed from a bank so i am paying heavy interest on that since last 4 months.

So i request you to intervene and get my money refunded with interest till date.
