We were promised the speed of 100 MBPS for which we had paid for 6 months. For the last 15 days, we've not been getting the desired speed, and also, the speed is far less than 1/12th of the promised speed, as per the rules of DOT(Dept. of Telecom.).
Moreover, on asking for the credit, the executive, Mr. Nilesh says that because we are getting a speed of 0.2 MBPS instead of 100 MBPS, we shall not be getting any credit, per se the rules of the company.
I was kept on hold for 18 minutes and then again for another 15 minutes but none of the senior executives responede. Attached are the screenshots of the call details. If required, the call recordings would be provided too.
