We bought two 1.5 Ton AC with Blue star from an Authorized dealer. Now in that one AC the outdoor unit the fan is broken and it is under warranty. From last 15 days the complaint is been registered and it is not been resolved.
Now they say the part ie fan of outdoor unit is not available.
They are continously fooling us every time a new technician comes and problem donot get resolved.It is under warranty.I feel cheated and I want my money back
