In zomato app order money debted from bank account but showed payment failure

Hi I ordered my food on zomato app (17/05/2018) through Internet banking i paid my amount rupees 200/ money debted from my bank account (State Bank of India) and order was not sent to the restaurant then again I tried it again 200/- rupees debted and it was mentioned payment is failed so totally I lost 400/- rupees
I lost my money and time
The transaction order number in zomato app order no IGADNVYYK2 and IGADNVYNG1 and my SBI transaction reference numbers are 051805025689678IGADNVYYK2 and 051805025689547IGADNVYNG1 respectively mentioned in the screenshots of my sbi transaction are linked with this mail
