yesterday i visit your Pind Balluchi Branch (Tirupati Motels Pvt Ltd MIG Guru Teg bhadur colony Mathura Road Agra ) .
i reach at food court Approx 10 : PM and i ordered dinner for four persons .after finish the dinner a ask for the bill to waiter .
after a long time waiter is providing a copy of Estimated slip with service charge of Rs126 .i asked to manager about the service charge .manager is giving the excuse if you don't want to pay so i am return to the same amount to you. but my concern is this waiter and manager provide me duplicate slip its look like a just a estimate .witch is i ordered in dinner all items are mention in this estimate copy . is this your way to provide the customer bill like this????. Manager misbehave with us he says that (Hamare Yaha Bill Aiesa Hi Hota Hai )
