Respected sir,
I live at Adra, Lower Beniasol in Purulia dist. W.B, pin-723121. Sir, I am complaining jio network and slow internet both of issues from more than 10 months. The service request no is SR00000XUJ8L. Sir, whenever I tried to call customer care they didn't transfer my call arguing that HR is busy or don't want to take a call and we are working on this issue. If the team is working so hard then why we can't see the effort. I mean complaining for 10 months they are yet just excusing on the same. Sir, my family have 5 jio numbers and they all are facing the same problem. 399 for 84 days matters for we middle class families. Sir, I was a big fan of jio but nowadays it's in utter condition.
My humble request to you sir, please take a look at that.

I paid Jio fiber Recharge for 5month and get only one month connection and after one month the connection gets disconnected due to their reasons and after not getting any internet for 3-4months they are telling to recharge again and they charged ₹1900aprox and not giving my money back of the time I didn’t get Connection
