My name is Amit D Chaube and my Jio Mobile No- 9768035274 this is my post-paid number and my jio plan is 399. From yesterday mid night 13-12-2023 my calling and data suspended due to negative credit limit, but I already paid my all bills and my advance payment in your custody,
Yesterdays I complaint regrading this and my complaint no is SR00001TC4C9. Yesterday your representative say my service resume within 24hrs but till date no service activated.
Please find attached my Jio bill and mail copy for your reference.
Request you to please resume my calling service.
