Mobile fraud, I have bought a new Xiaomi Mi Note 5 Pro mobile five months ago

I have bought a new Xiaomi Mi Note 5 Pro mobile five months ago, i.e 31st March 2018.

It was running well and one day while i was using my phone it got restart by its own several times, and it was just giving me a starting symbol of MI. And then restarting by its own several times it went off.

Then i tried to connect the charger and check what actually happened, but charging was also not happening.

Thus i went to Xiaomi MI authorised service station to check for the fault.

They took the mobile and went to their service room, and they came after several minutes and told us that the phone is having liquid damage and it cannot be covered in the warranty.

But the thing is i am damn sure that i have never used my phone while my hands are wet or anywhere where there is water and which can cause my phone damage.

But they are saying that it might also happen due to the moisture in the atmosphere, in that case its not our fault, it can be caused while the phone was in manufacturing unit. so in that case its not our fault.

we request to kindly take action against Xiaomi MI authorised service station for not covering my phone under warranty and infact blaming us for liquid damage.
