Sir,
With due respect I beg to state, I live at Adra near new Allahabad Bank, Purulia dist(W.B), jio connection in our area is in utter condition. Too much network fluctuation, most of the times only 2 tower coverage of the network we face. Sir, I have 5 jio numbers and all of them are facing the same issue. I use jio on 2nd floor but same coverage of network. Me and my friends are complaining the problem from last 8 months but jio customer care representatives only assure us and tell to watch for 48 hours but no improvement at all. Can't open even 5 kb websites and call disconnectivity most of the times. Nowadays when jio's price of plans are not cheap and everyone can't afford that too but then also no good service at all.
So. my humble request to you please take necessary action.
