I sharada Manjaguni age 68 years booked 2BHK apartment under pre launch in TGS CONSTRUCTIONS Pvt Ltd -TGS Johannesburg bannerghatta road project on 23-May-15 and paid my hard earned money 7,50,000-(Rupees Seven Lakh fifty thousand only) to TGS. As there is no progress from TGS i cancelled the project on 1st-Feb-2016 Till date I have received only 350,000 and for remaining 4 lakhs they issued me another cheques. (As per MOU the refund will be within 75 days)
