Worst experience with ifb product's

Refrigerator Complaint

I have sent the below email describing the issue in details. but I haven't received any response for the same from IFB.
Now I would need your attention on how to proceed further.

Products purchased from IFB : refrigerator & washing machine
I have purchased the refrigerator in the year 2014 & we recieved a defective product. I called the customer service rep to get the product replaced as it's defective ( top door is broken )
It has been almost 2 years but I haven't heard any update from ifb, I followed up with them in the year 2015 multiple times but no update. I spoke to one of the representative on Saturday to get the issue sorted out at the earliest. She asked me for wait for max of 48 hours.Today morning I spoke to almost 3 representative and they told me that they are not able to pull up the record's & they don't have any update regarding the service request.
Today I have the refrigerator which is completely damaged & of no use. Did I buy the product for 40k which would be no use within an year .
The customer service representative makes us much more frustrated than giving the resolution.
Now I want this issue to be fixed at the earliest. And If you cannot get this issue fixed then I need to handle that in my way.
