I have purchased an ORPAT CEALING FAN for my new home through AMAZON through on line recently by paying Rs.1400 by debit card. From the day of installation it is not working at all. I made several attempts to call their customer service in Gujarat and they are simply not bothered to get it replaced. They never lift phone and don't give any answer in-spite of several calls. I will never recoment this product to anybody in my life and I need the full refund of my hard earned money through consumer redressal cell
