My name is Shubham Jagdish Bawangade and I m the residence of Nagpur Maharashtra.

I purchase the vehicle(hero duet)on 23/03/2018 from hemkunt motors,koradi road,Nagpur which is the sub dealer of Gurudev motors,pratap nagar,nagpur
When i receive the vehicle after RTO passing i found a scratch on the body of the vehicle and when i ask them for this they said they will repair it on first servicing. After using this vehicle for few days i found that the fuel lock of the vehicle is too jammed and not working properly also the battery of vehicle is also low..
So i go back to the dealer shop and told him to solve it.again they said they will solve it on the first servicing. And when finally my first vehicles first servicing came i repeate them all my vehicle problems and they also promise me to solve it..
But when i come to collect my vehicle i found all the problems are remains asitis. And when i ask them for this inconvenient they give me the several reasons like part is not available right now,i forget for battery problems etc.and again the said me they resolve it at next servicing. And now 2 servicing are complete and still now my vehicle problems are remains constant. I saw that this dealer trying to avoiding my complaint still my free vehicle servicing is to be over.now i want my exact paid amout to company Rs.59845 or sovle my all problems within one week.
