I bought air cooler symphony touch 20 on 09/05/18 from ulhas nagar thane mh.cooler got problem in just 2 days. I complained in Costner care after 3days thier mechanic visited and said I ordered in company for some parts then he didn't came again I complained 3 time on Costmer care, service center of symphony in Kalyan and now today is 05/06/2018 but cooler is not repaired still yet symphony is cheating with all community

    Dear sir/madam
    I inform you that I was filled complain against symphony air cooler company. At 5june 2018 complain no. JGJno. 32150. But still not any reply from you.... That's means this is only for show....I hope make it prperly.....
