Did not receive one toy product and did not get refund too from Amazon

I ordered one car decal from Amazon and did not received the product even after a month. The seller said that they delivered the product and after repeatTiv efforts finally they sent a fraud POD on which courier person himself signed(it's clearly seen on POD that the handwriting matches of the person who wrote other names on same POD means the courier person himself). At least I have right to receive my money back for the product I did not receive at all. Plus lot of stress by Amazon customer care and seller.
