Hello there,
My name is Daveed Nirmal,
We went to dr batras clinic, the branch which is in Fatima Nagar above reliance smart on 17-06-18, My friend at first she paid 250 rupees as in the consulting fees.she had word with dr.lata and dr said that the issue she is facing the charge would be 20k, doctor said that if you have 4000 rupees you can pay it and rest we can do it in EMI's so we paid more 3750 rupees as in 2 month's emi in advance. Doctor said come on tuesday will give you your case paper and suggested to pay the rest of the balance into monthly emi's & said forward your documents we have a guy who does all these financing part we said ok for it and then swechcha had an appointment on 19-06-18 we went there on tuesday the guy who does this financing he said that there is a problem in financing we said that we cannot do the finance.then we said want our money back...the guy at reception he said that come back on thursday will sort out something and will do the process again.we inform the guy we dont want to do that and we asked for our refund, they started saying we cannot give your money back as there is no such policy.
