This is happening for multiple times that Flipkart is trying to play with customer's trust.
ON 30th July I placed the order of Mobile (order ID OD112978750639685000)
Paid 70RS extra to get it on 31st July to which they call Next day delivery.
As per their promise, I waited till 6PM and called customer care, he assured me that it will be delivered till 9PM , so waited till 9PM.
after my call to Flipkart customer care the authorized person said that they will deliver it on 4th Aug and 70RS will be transferred to gift voucher in Flipkart itself.
Flipkart is making rules on the fly. While placing the order it was not mentioned anywhere in terms and conditions that this kind of resolution can happen with the legal base.
Despite of having the serious medical condition of my Father and brother at home who underwent serious spinal cord surgery, I waited till 11PM to at least get the SMS/call notification regarding the delay. on contrary, I got the unethical resolution to wait for next 4 days.
