Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a samsung inverter ac from reliance store palam vihar gurgaon cash memo no. 008877012045 22 May 2015. The product is always been defective and still in warranty. I have complained about this many times with reference: 8475282061, 8475282061, 4212170683, and 4213050417. I am calling samsung customer care for last 2 months now and they have sent engineers who are unable to fix the problem. I have written samsung ceo office as well but still no results. Sir, i am working class man who has to feed a family as well. The engineer never turned up on promised time so i took 2-3 days off but still my problem is not resolved. I am feeling cheated as bought their highest ranged product and samsung unable to fulfill their promises moreover, if there are so many problem in 11 months so i believe their product quality is so cheap and not fit for an indian market.
When i called their contact center for my grievances they are unable to provide solution to my problem. When i asked for supervisor so their agent mentioned no one is available.

Now i plead for justice for traumatizing me and my family.
