I booked a ticket having PNR no: 4418246718, train no: 12738, dt: 09-12-2021. Due to unexpected reasons, I transferred ticket to my father with valid ID proof of both. Some railway stations not accepting transfer request before 24 hrs departure, saying that they cant find related option in their booking system. I requested Dwarapudi station, lingampally, chandanagar railway booking stations. www.indianrail.gov.in clearly mentioned in its other rules
But here during journey, T.C forcebly imposed penalty of 600 rupees. So paying double amount with lot of harassment by the T.C. we highly disappointed with your services. Please kindly take an action or ammend the rules to do not collect fines unnecessarily.
