Dear Sir/Mam,
I have booked a ticket from New Delhi to Jalandhar cantt. My ticket number /PNR-4705656693. IRCTC issued me the ticket. My coach number is S5. And I have allotted seat number 41,LB. The passenger name is barkha. But IRCTC issued another ticket with same seat number and coach number to another passenger. As of now I have many problems and the passenger can't reach to his destination. It's a very big mistake from Irctc . I will raise a case against IRCTC.
