Quikr Did not give me the payment for the cooler I sold online

Payment Complaint Complaint Date: April 25, 2016
I sold a cooler worth 2500 on 20 April 2016. Accordingly I should have the got the amount transfered to my bank account by 23 April 2016. I send feedback to the Quikr of non paymenr. The only reply I am getting is:

I have not recieved any link through which I can update my Bank details.

I called in there customer care no 08067364545 but my call is being dropped. I have not received the call back nor any step has been taken by Quikr.
