Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Mobile-CoolPad -Note 3 handset(IMEI 911478001160991) via Amazon;dated 3rd Nov2015,sold by cloudtail India Pvt ltd-Bangalore.
Despite The product is under warranty, the mobile handset was given to service center dated 29th June for service , because it has technical fault the display screen wasn't working, the service center accepted the request and took the handset in custody and confirmed that parts will be replaced in 10 days time, it is now more than a month, the necessary resolution not provided by the company service center & neither they are confirming the status. every time when call is made to the Help desk they are giving false update and dragging the matter and providing excuse.
Even the company website does not have any consumer support escalation matrix of official and neither any contact nos or address of the company is available . The company is not transparent in dealings and also Amazon to be held liable for not doing the due diligence before posting such company product for online sale.
The intent of this complain is intervention is required in getting the replacement of the handset and Penalty of 10 lac to be imposed on such company having poor sales and service support , which can act as such deterrent to other such companies, such penalty will ensure timely Customer support and resolution on time and not take the consumer for granted.
it is disappointing the official of the company are not responsive & Not contactable or reachable. It is harassment, am struggling to get response from the company. I have also registered my feedback to the company call center but their is no action till date, each time they give false promises.
I request intervention and strong action which can be set an example to company who take the consumer for granted.
Due to delayed and poor response , i have to purchase new handset causing me financial burden and loss of data which resulted into further stress & hardship
