I had purchased Letv mobile phone (IMEI/Serial No: 869087025992055) on 08/04/2016 through Flipkart online store. But on 09/06/2016 I installed the latest software update company and after installing the update phone it starts hanging (Apps itself automatically get started and minimize itself and its menu key does not work). Then I called customer care and they informed me to visit the nearest service center HCL Touch 202 & 203, Nehru Place, New Delhi. On visiting the service center i told them about the phone problem they took my phone and provide me the service Job sheet No. JS16061100785 and asked me to come on 13/06/2016. But when I visited the service centre on 13/06/2016 they told me that your phone will be replaced with the new one by the company within seven days. Later on after seven days I contacted the service centre they told me it will take another seven to twelve days or till availability due to limited stock problem. The company customer care is saying that they are unable to trace the above job sheet and forwarding my problem to their concern department but I have not received any response regarding refund process from their side till 05/07/2016. My phone is only just two month old and is covered under warranty and I am worried about my money that in case such problem arises again in future I have to face again the same problem. I requested the company to kindly refund my money because of their stock availability problem, but they are saying nothing about it. My request is that the company should refund back my money as the delay is from their side(Stock problem) and moreover i am not interested in getting my mobile back because in future i don't want to face such problem again.
