Poor Quality Mobile & Worst Service Being Provided by Leeco

Dear Sir / madam,

Forwarding the issue with utmost pain and concern, I believe that consumer grievance will be addressed immediately.

I had purchased one LETV1s mobile from Flipkart on dt-09.02.2016 under order no-OD205185473612502004. For Rs. 10999/-
I had bought the mobile keeping in view the adds put on the website, quality and after sales services support commitment by the manufacturer.
But sorry to say the mobile phone provided by your organization are of poor quality, my mobile set didn’t even stand for more than two months and its mother board got defective on 26-05-2016.

Same day I went to your service centre M/s Service city, Laxmi Nagar New Delhi , they have taken my mobile set under Job sheet number 201605260272, I was surprised to see the way I was being handled , they hardly care for customer agony and bluntly refused to get the needful done on immediate basis. As per service centre it will take at least 10-15 days to get the needful done. They even refused to provide the stand by set, job sheet and invoice copy is attached herewith for your ready reference.

Sir , you can well guess how can one manage without mobile when his job profile is based on customer interaction, all my details personal as well as professional are in my cell and it is very hard to manage .
I am getting effected personally as well as professionally.
Through this mail I wanted to bring this issue in front of you ,request you to get the needful done and help me to get Refund of the money SINCE I CANT WAIT FOR 10-15DAYS
