Denied to Replacement/ Repair Mobile

I purchased a Nokia phone(Model-130 Dual)on 22-Oct-2015. Still it is in warranty. I contact to Nokia care, they suggested me that you should take replacement from that dealer from where you purchased. But dealer denied to take replacement. So i would like to request that provide me the solution so that i take an action against the dealer.
I have invoice copy of mobile.
