My motorola mobile phone was in waranty. It started to create some problems. Service center repaired it but unnecessarily charged. I approached official Motorola customer care and they are now saying if u want the money, come back and collect. They are agreeing that the mistake was on their part but not ready to deliver my money back. They expect me to spend more money in transportation. I asked them to deliver my money back or pay for my transportation in addition to the complaint amount.
