I bought the Moto G 3 turbo in April, 2016 and in just two to three months by the end of June it started switching off and then on automatically in a continuous loop continuously rendering the phone unusable and useless. When I took the phone to the service centre (Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi) I was told that one of the pins of the sim tray looks a little bent and so we will not proceed to set the main problem which is the phone switching off and on in a loop unless you pay and get the sim tray repaired for INR 1800. The problem of the phone is mainly software related or with its motherboard and is nowhere connected with the sim tray which was fine and untouched till the issue began and I had to take the sim out. Even when I told them that I don't want the sim tray to be set right and just want the phone's main problem to be set right, they refused to address the issue.
