making fool regarding return of phone

I have submitted my phone moto g 3rd gen to moto service centre on 13/02/2016.
They are make fool from that day by saying sir aap ka part aa rha hai hongkong se. Even twice they said part Lucknow aa chuka phone aa k le lu on 28/03/2016. But now they are saying part is not available. Even there customer care is also making fool.
