Dear sir,
I have ordered a mobile from snapdeal and i have received the product defective
twice
first time Snapdeal has replaced my product but this time
I have completed all the Documents From The mobile Service centre and they have provided me DOA certificate that is the proof that the product is Manufactured default
after this i have called Snapdeal for refund of this, they told that sir you will recievw back refund very easily our postman will come and collect The product
and sir it has been 1 week no one camed to recieve the product
and they have given the assurity to pick the product from my address in 48 hours
and its has been 7 to 8 days
and no one came
therefore my request to you is that to please pay attention to this matter as we are responsible citizen of India
we pay tax to government at time to time
So please, Its my humble request to you please sir pay serious attention to this
