YU play God ---- Guarantee Period - Replacement not given / Delay in service ---
I have purchased Yuphoria mobile ( Rs.7000 ) from Amazon against Bill No. – KA BLR6-144105041-3265332 on 10 Jul 2015. As there was speaker issue. So I contacted to YU care they told me to deposit handset to our local micromax centre , within 15 days you will get new handset as a replacement. On 24.02.2016, I deposited handset & on 01.03.2016 Handset received at YU care.
Now almost 1 month is passed till I have not received replacement, whenever call they simply says wait for another 21 days. I am unnecessarily getting mentally, physically & financially harassment. Several times I requested them but they are not taking seriously & not sending my handset as per commitment of 15 days. Now YU care are saying work is in progress & wait , which is not accepted to me.
I am very disappointed & upset the way you are dealing, not satisfied
with your service.
