regarding deactivated anumber

my Vodafone no. 7507663911 was postpaid till 22 Jan, after this i converted this no. into prepaid but i never got any kind of bill on my mail or hard copy of these 22 days.on 10 march Vodafone deactivate my no. without any intimation.i called them and they sent me a duplicate bill of 642 rs on 14 march which i paid online and i have transaction receipt of same but my no. is still not activate.i called on their customer care numbers and visited their store but they are giving me same idiotic answers .i want same no. in active condition.
i am complaining this so early because of worst services of Vodafone in past.
please do needful ASAP.

    I had prepaid connection of vodafone 8087083749 but i sent request for postpaid and executive came to collect documents. he collected documents and he had given me a sim card after 2 days vodafone executive came and & he has confirmed my address also collected my bank details for postpaid sim.after my verification my prepaid sim card getting no service and i inserted a new sim card of postpaid it was also in no service..I called them many times but they didnt answering and 8087083749 vodafone number i was using since 5 years so please help me to activate this 8087083749 number..my alternate number is 8626025454
