I am from Mumbai and have recently ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel on word given by Airtel staff that I will not have internet services problem as Airtel is providing 4G. First of all this 4G doesn't work. Secondly, their technical staff came and checked my location which is in Fort, Mumbai for network issues. Post visit they concluded that this area doesnt have internet services or very weak signal is available. Hence I have requested them to discontinue my services and now they are not ready to do it because of TRAI rules. But in the first place, they should have checked this area or intimated me before giving connection as my address proof submitted of this area only. Now i cant access internet services and not even change my service provider please suggest what do I do now.
