Extra charges on mobile bill

I have postpaid connection of AIRTEL no 9890168251 and previous month bill is 2608/- in this they charged me extra charges on DATA thats why i have not paid bill.then in a next billing cycle only 5 days my SIM card will be ON then company stopped service .in this 5 days they charged me 568/- i am not agree with bill .Then customer care call me and told that first pay 2600/- remaining charges we are reducing so i agree and paid 2600/- then only 5 days they started my SIM card and then stopped i have many times called Customer care but they neglect me.and they charged me 193/- again.so it is wrong with me.Please help me..
