Hi this is Noor Qureshi from Mumbai my idea number 9172507443 I have a complaint against idea I ported out of idea in November because I was unhappy with their business practises and their unprofessional behaviour I complaint to them numerous times when I was wit them for many different reasons but never got any satisfactory reply that you would expect from a professional organization so I decided enough was enough and I decided to port our from such a poorly operating unprofessional organization so when I opted out of them I called to check what was my amount to be paid on the account before porting out as I was advised by airtel the new operator I moved to but when I had called they told me what I had to pay I paid them because I wanted a smooth opting out and it was until after 2 months I received email from idea saying I had to pay them 1400rs for some out of bundle charges which I was never informed about when I called to enquire and I was never told that the plan that I had was gonna be calculated on pro rata basis and suddenly they charging me for this huge amount trying to squeeze out wht ever they can before I left them I complaint against it did not get satisfactory reply so I forwarded complaint to appellate for idea complaint but to my surprise I didnt get any reply from them after initial acknowledgement stating they will get back to me in 10 days I waited about 20 25 days no reply from them meanwhile I kept getting harassed by idea employee calling me for collection and sending me email for amount not acknowledging my complaint I told them all I will not pay because it isn't right and I am taking this matter forward as I feel I have been cheated since I wasnt informed about the clause that in my notice I had given to them for porting out I was gonna be charged on pro rata I feel they should have informed me about this I wouldnt have used services I was them for close to about a year unhappily but never my bill went over 500 because I use based on my usage I dnt go over my allowance but not informing me of situation wasn't right and I feel I was cheated not being informed so please look into this I am willing to take this to court
