I want to raise a concern of you people over the SERIOUS INCIDENT occured with me on 3rd March 2016. one of vodafone excutive had kept my call on holding mode for 10-15 Min instead of taking action of my call as I have been port out from Airtel to Vodafone but still my sim is not activated.

My number port out from Airtel to Vodafone has been a real pain an counting, I have been called Vodafone customer care since yesterday, everytime i got wrong information that your card will be activated within some time of period but no action has been taken.

I am realy frustrated and want someone to look up to this issue and need problem solved ASAP as This is my primary number and want activated immediately.

I am pained to draw attention your customer care service is worst and roguish i have ever seen till date just because of your extreamly dump executives response, No value of time,cheating customers,wasting time and giving fake commitments.
