On 10th march 2019 we went to big c shop near Langer house for purchasing a mobile. When we enquire about another model or same brand of another, the staff forced us to purchase this nokia set, they keep on telling that this is a good set and will never gets heated quickly. So we brought the set. But next day we realize that it is a worst item as it is getting heated quickly and worst battery power. So we went to the shop on 11th march, but they are not accepting our request. They know very well that it was a damaged item They told us to go to service centre.Previous day only we purchase the mobile. The very next day they are saying us to go to service centre. Why they are selling the damaged items. They are cheating customers by making them purchase damaged goods.Fourth time today (23/03/19) we went there and again requested them some favour. But they are adamont and they dont cooperate with us. We understood very well that they are purposefully cheating.Two hours we spent there but no use, they are wasting our time and again saying, it is not our duty and ask us to go to service centre. While exiting time we just look back, we saw they are laughing at us. If you are not believing, please see the cctv footage around 6 pm.
