બાબત: આપની કંપની ના મોબાઈલ માં રેકોર્ડિંગ ન થવા બાબત.
રેકોર્ડીંગ ચાલુ કરતાં સામેની વ્યક્તિને રેકોર્ડિંગ થાય છે તે જાણ થતા બાબત.

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હું ઉપરોક્ત સરનામે રહું છું અને મેં મારી નજીકની મોબાઇલ શોપ થી રૂપિયા 26,500/- જેટલી રકમ આપી અને મોબાઈલ oppo F9 pro+ લીધેલ છે. જે મોબાઇલ ની જાહેરાત માં આપના જાહેરાત હોર્ડિંગ્સ મા દેખાતા કેમેરા કે બીજી કોઈ અને ફેસીલીટી ની જાણ હતી. પણ આપની જાહેરાત કે પોસ્ટરમાં રેકોર્ડિંગ ન થવાની કે સામી વ્યક્તિને જાણ થવાની કોઈ જાહેરાત નહોતી. અને મેં જ્યારે મોબાઈલ લીધો ત્યારે મોબાઇલ શોપ વાળા ને પણ આ બાબતની જાણ નહોતી. આપના સર્વિસ સેન્ટર માં જતાં પણ મને મારી જરૂરિયા પ્રમાણે નિવારણ મળ્યું નથી તેમને પણ હાથ ઊંચા કરી દીધા છે .હું આ મોબાઈલ લઈને આટલી રકમ ખર્ચી મારી જરૂરિયાત પૂર્ણ થતી નથી. જે આટલી મોટી રકમ ખર્ચતા મારી સાથે છેતરપિંડી થઈ છે જે મને માન્ય નથી.
