In Charging Repairing, destroyed my touch screen

I have give my moto g5s plus mobile to Mobile World(Aashish bhai),Shop No 1, Junagadh Ho, Junagadh - 362001, Opposite A One Fast Food, Vanjari Chowk. for charging slot repairing. He fixed it but now touch screen of mobile is not working. Please take immediate actions against him or I will complain against him in police. My mobile is currently is in his shop so I can't upload image. Aashish bhai mobile number is +91 81601 66307. Please shut down this kind of shop. who want to earn money by spoiling other mobile parts.
