Against Samsung for failing on promised offer

Myself Jaimin Pandya and I have an issue with my order no. 33337632228 when I purchased my New Samsung galaxy note 10 lite on 18/07/2020 and also opted for deferred exchange of my Old phone One plus 3t with assured value of Rs. 9430/-. I received my new phone on 23/07/2020 by Ecom Express without any issue. Here comes the trouble now. The same day I got a massage from Cashify for my old phone pick up with order id MPMIA2149512 and showed schedule pick up for that day only. I waited and waited but to my luck nobody came and even I tried calling their customer care but nobody picked up the phone. The next day 24/07/2020 I tweeted to Cashify and Samsung for the same they told me that they will look into the matter. Then I got reply from Cashify that they have hired Delhivery 2206210278681 for pick up but they won’t come for pick up as my pin code is shown containment zone. To my surprise how come other courier service operable in my area but not this one. Ok fine I agreed for that also. Even I offered to drop my phone to their office but they didn’t bothered to provide me the address of their office and keep on singing the same tunes. Then I asked Samsung for help and even asked them to return their phone which I bought. But obviously it’s not amazon or Flipkart as once product sold cannot be returned. Samsung already got the full payment of their phone so they don’t have anything to loose. Its is me who was suffering from this mental exhausting exercise and frustration as I calculativly bought the phone cause I was getting good deal but I was unaware that it will be a one way trap for me. Then after 2 days back, out of blue I got a call from Samsung cc a that they are sorry for my troubles and they have scheduled the pick up within 2 days. I also got an email stating same from the with my Samsung estore request #1663558 And the very next day I got msg from Cashify that my pick up order has been cancelled. I baffled. I was clueless what the hell is going on? Then I got a call twice from Cashify asking me why did I cancel the order for pick up. They kept on insisting that you tell Samsung for the reorder. Now I am sandwich in between this. I have zero idea what actually going on. To add on more trouble, I even cant make a contact to Samsung customer care. I presume India’s most of the population must be busy speaking with Samsung cause every time I try calling I got no response. I know this must be a small trivial issue for BIG GIANT company SAMSUNG. I bought this phone out of sentiment against China Row and avoided buying Oneplus phone from AMAZON but it cost me dearly. How can I even rely on buying again from Samsung? I hope that in very near future my issue will get resolved. Fingers crossed.
