Fraudulent delivery by online website Zoomshop.co.in and promoted advertisement on AAJTAK.IN

Mobile Complaint Complaint Date: May 7, 2021
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have cheated by an online shopping site named www.zoomshop.co.in I paid 2899/- through my credit card to buy a branded refurbished mobile i.e. Realme 5 Pro on dtd 10-Apr-2021 and this fraud merchant delivered a dummy Chinese keypad mobile worth INR 200/-.
Please help to get refund money from this fraudulent company. I have all communication and payment proof.
Please note that Aajtak.in promoted advertisement of www.zoomshop.co.in on his website.
I don’t know how unethical company manage to get its advertisement published in Aajtak.
