Non returnability of mobile phone

Dear sir,
I had submitted my mobile phone Xiaomi POCO X2. on 23/12/20 as it had an issue with charging (it is in warranty period)P (at Xiaomi service centre Address (XMIN1213) contact no:9601055550 Gandhi Brothers,249 Mega Mall, Milan cinema Road, Surendranagar, Gujarat-363001 . I was assured that i would get my phone in 5 to 7 working days. On 08/01/21 i recieved a message saying that my complaint had been registered and company would take due action. I called up the service centre about when i would get my phone and they rudely told me that i will get a call when it is repaired. I have visited the service centre atleast thrice and called them up atleast 4 times and still no avail. i called up mi service centre 2 times and they gave me a complaint number {WOIN20210112000050} and said it would be resolved by 15/01/21.But today also of no avail if you count the number of days sir it has been about 23 days since i submitted my phone and no update since then. I pray sir, I face severe financial distress due to pay cuts from my work place and have only a single phone i which i can access online classes shopping attend calls and use social media without the phone i suffer huge losses in my personal capacity and professional life.I pray that you might take action at the earliest.
