Nextra Teleservices Internet Services not working, Mahavir Block Bhola Nath Nagar Shahdara Delhi

Hi,
My name is Manish Kumar R/O 4/1731 Street No. 1 Mahavir Block Bhola Nath Nagar Shahdara Delhi - 110032. I have installed internet services via Nextra Teleservices a year ago and my account number is 20732225. I'm facing issue of internet not working on or off.

However from last 10 days the internet services are pathetic and team is not able provide / solve the issue.

I have raised several complaints i.e. 20732255089, 20732255091, 20732255092, 20732255093 but issue always resolved for few hours but later it is same issue. However at last I have raised my cancellation request ticket no. 20732259009 and executive called me to discuss the issue. When I asked them to closed my account and refund my Security amount 1500/- and account recharge on 23th Jul with Rs. 943/-, they said we will not provide the 943/- and 1500/- will be refunded post 90 days in my account.

My concern is they took the money from me CASH immediately before installation but now they will refund in 90 days and that is into my account. However they themselves prefer to take CASH.

And at last I asked him to keep the ticket open and put my connect under surveillance for few days to continue services from them but that ticket closed without my consent saying ticket resolved.

I have again raised the cancellation ticket 20732259009 on 30th Jul but no response.

I request your support in this and help me to get my money back.
