Improper Bridge of Teeth, Doctor has removed some teeth and made new set of teeth

Doctor has removed some teeth and made new set of teeth after taking dimensions which were installed(Crown & Bridge work) but not fitted properly. Now I have been unable to eat food from the day of installation due to pain in some teeth and development of cavities in new teeth. Doctor called me many times(approx 25 times) from the last 75 days and did grinding and flattened the left side tooth. Now i am not able to eat food on left side of the teeth due to this flattened problem also. He has not done root canal even though he agreed for the same and did only filling.
